2020 month opener collage plus stickers!

Each month of the 2020/2021 planner highlights a different personality trait. Mine was “calm”. (Something I definitely tried dialing into throughout 2020).

Ali Labelle art directed and had a fantastic idea for an all-white-object, all over collage that was kind of a semi ironic way of making the abundance feel calm.

I had fun image sourcing and connecting with these vintage photos. To me, calmness is driving down the coast on a warm summer afternoon, petting a soft cat, eating a powdered donut and taking your bra off after a long day. ⁣I think that feeling was achieved here.

In addition to the month opener, I designed some hand drawn phrases and vintage cutouts for stickers included in the planner, and also sold separately as its own sticker book.

Crystal collage for ban.do’s wellness planner.

ban.do created a wellness planner with the intention to… well… set intentions. It’s chock full of pages for reflection, encouragement and has one of the best daily to-do list layouts I’ve seen that includes not only priorities but also intention and affirmation. My page was buddied up with the “Crystals 101” section and the idea of the collage was almost to act as a show and tell of different types of crystals. This was included in Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 of the wellness planner.

Image licensing for the ban.do warehouse sale.

I have a collage titled “Coat of Many Colors”, which is two vintage gals painting a rainbow on a wall. For ban.do’s 2019 warehouse sale, they licensed this collage to use as promotional material on social media, email, their website and even a larger than life vinyl sticker IRL at the event! I supplied their design team with my layered Photoshop file, and the ladies at ban.do added their brand flair with colorful typography.
